Fix file hệ thống thì nó làm được những gì ( khi gặp trường hợp máy không vào được win, không loading.. hay không vào được chữ welcome của win, mở máy lên đen thui thùi lùi ) thì ta dùng thẳng này.

Fix file userinitthỉ vào được chữ welcome hay loading.. vào tới win nhưng màng hình đen thui, hay bị logoff khi vào tới win. thì sử lý bằng thằng này
